Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping & Delivery

- Sugarhill ships world-wide through USPS, DHL and/or UPS. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the package will be delivered to the respective shipping location.

 Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy 

- If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your order(s), please notify us by sending an e-mail to support@the70thirty.com prior to returning your purchase(s). You can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt date for a full refund or exchange.

 - Any return goods must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. You may return any regularly priced item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

*For any returns or exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the return postage. We are not responsible for any lost packages as well as packages damaged during transit back to Sugarhill.

*All sale items and international orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

*We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance before sending your return.

*Sugarhill is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit or packages that are stolen.

If an item is damaged or defective, we will either replace it or offer a full refund including return shipping costs. To expedite return service, e-mail us a photo of damage / defect. The replacement or refund will be issued once the damaged / defective item has been received at the Sugarhill office and processed by our staff.

Sugarhill will inspect all returned items carefully prior to making a final determination as to whether to issue a refund or exchange. If the item is not in new, unused condition, or if we cannot locate the damage or defect as the buyer described, Sugarhill reserves the right to offer a partial, rather than a full refund.

 - Refunds will be made back to the original form of payment within 48 hours of Sugarhill receiving the returned item(s).

 - Only items purchased directly from www.sugarhill.la are covered by this policy. Sugarhill is unable to process returns or exchanges for purchases made outside of our website.
